New ‘The Walking Dead’ Season 3 Trailer


A new trailer for the third season of AMC’s The Walking Dead has hit the airwaves.   The trailer features new cast members, including Danai Gurira as Michonne and David Morrissey as The Governor–two fan favorites from the comic book series that inspired the show.  Season three of The Walking Dead will debut Sunday, October 14 at 9 pM / 8C.

New ‘The Walking Dead’ Webisodes Now Online

Although The Walking Dead‘s third season does not start until October 14th, AMC is offering an early taste of the undead.  The Walking Dead: Cold Storage is an online miniseries that takes place in The Walking Dead universe and stars characters not found on the television show.  The webisodes are now available on AMC’s website.  Check out Cold Storage and watch The Walking Dead season three debut on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at 9 pM/8C on AMC.

Jud’s 30-Second Vlog Reviews ‘The Walking Dead’ Season 2

As many of you are aware, I occasionally video blog on YouTube.  Each of my “vlogs” are roughly 30 seconds long because anything worth discussing isn’t worth talking about for more than 30 seconds.  Also, the zombie attention span is rather low.

Seeing as how the third season of AMC’s The Walking Dead is only one month away from its debut; I thought it would be appropriate to share my thoughts on the television series second season.  Spoilers and such forthcoming.  Check out my video review below.  Here’s a preview:  I am a fan of any show where you’re rooting for the zombies to eat the main cast members!

‘The Walking Dead’ Season 3 Comic-Con Sneak Peek [Trailer]

AMC revealed the first trailer for the upcoming season of their hit zombie series, The Walking Dead.  The trailer was unveiled today during The Walking Dead panel at the San Diego Comic-Con.  The new season will feature new cast members including Danai Gurira as Michonne and David Morrissey as The Governor–two fan favorites from the comic book series that inspired the show.  Check out the season three sneak peek below.  The Walking Dead‘s third season will debut Sunday, October 14 at 9 pM / 8C on AMC.

‘The Walking Dead’ First-Person Shooter Coming from Activision

Activision has announced that they will release a first-person shooter video game based on AMC’s hit television show, The Walking Dead.  The game will be developed by Terminal Reality–creators of 4X4 EVO, BloodRayne, and Kinect Star Wars.  The The Walking Dead game takes place before the television series and will follow Daryl and Merle Dixon as they travel through the zombie-ridden Georgia countryside to Atlanta.  Players will control Daryl Dixon and use his crossbow to dispatch zombies.  The game will be released in 2013 on PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U.  Visit the official The Walking Dead Video Game website to get more information and to check out the game’s teaser trailer.

‘Walking Dead’ Season 3 Sneak Peek During July 8th ‘Talking Dead’ Special

An exclusive preview of The Walking Dead‘s third season will air during a special edition of AMC’s Talking DeadAMC has announced that the one-time-only special will take place on July 8, 2012 at 9PM/8 C.  The hour-long live event will include the Talking Dead‘s host, Chris Hardwick, interviewing The Walking Dead‘s producers and fans, giving a behind-the-scenes look at the series’ creation, and showing off a new scene from the third season.  Before the Talking Dead special, AMC will air every episode of The Walking Dead series during a two-day marathon beginning July 7th at 11:30AM/10:30 C.  Chris Hardwick will bookend each marathon episode with updates from The Walking Dead season three set.  Immediately after the Talking Dead event a never-before-seen black and white version of The Walking Dead pilot episode will air.  Click the link for more information about AMC’s special The Walking Dead weekend.

Interactive ‘Walking Dead’ Event Set to Invade San Diego Comic-Con

This summer AMC is promoting the third season of The Walking Dead television show by bringing an interactive zombie outbreak to the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con.  The event, titled The Walking Dead Escape, will be part obstacle course and part haunted house.  Participants will have the opportunity to play survivors who must stealthily escape from the pursuing undead hoard or play hungry members of the zombie mob.  AMC will also sell tickets for those who wish to merely watch the mayhem unfold.  The Walking Dead Escape will take place across the street from Comic-Con at Petco Park (home of the San Diego Padres).  The event will run July 12-14 during the convention.  Visit the Facebook page for more information, and head to the official website to purchase survivor, zombie, or spectator tickets.
